Dress- Burlington

I bought this dress years ago, it was cheaply made, too low cut, and just crazy all around but I couldn't put it down. I sewed up the front to make it manageable, wrapped the strange string/tie around twice and it's lasted me so far. I don't usually buy items if I have to worry about buying special undergarments or making alterations but this dress reminds me that sometimes a five minute DIY can be worth it.
